Follow these steps to check your credit history before reserving a property with Let Me Properties to ensure that you will pass the credit checking part of our “Tenant Referencing Process“.

  • Step 1: Login To https://www.creditkarma.co.uk/credit-report#public-information (sign up for an account if it’s your first time)

  • Step 2: Click on the "My Credit Report" button at the top middle of the page.

  • Step 3: Click the “Public Information" tab on the left hand menu (near the button) on the "My Credit Report" page.


  • Step 4: Send us a screenshot of the above page for each of the tenants or guarantors if you are unsure whether or not the tenant/guarantor will pass the credit checking part of our referencing process. These files should be sent by email to support@letmeproperties.co.uk (or if you have already made an official offer, then you can send the files as a reply to the email chain for your offer).

  • You should also check your "Credit Score" at the top of the left hand menu - if this is lower than 350 - you should send us a screenshot of the Credit Score section as well.
