To set up a post redirection service, you can fill out a redirection form, which are available from the Post Office, or you can apply for Post Redirection online.
If completing the written form that you collect from the post office, take your filled in form to your nearest Post Office, along with proof of name and address documents requested on the form, and they will be able to set it up for you.
We recommend setting the service up online at https://www.royalmail.com/start-your-redirection-p2 as this is the quickest and easiest way to do it.
