If you are unhappy with the terms of the draft tenancy agreement you have received, or for any other reason do not wish to proceed with your tenancy, please do not continue with your application.
Simply reply to the 'Referencing Started' email stating that you do not want to continue with the application any further.
Your application will then be cancelled and none of the holding payment will be returned.
If you are renting as part of a group, your group may be allowed to find a replacement tenant within 3 working days to replace you. Please contact us for further details on this if required.
