Unfortunately some landlords and tenants fail to set up post redirection services when they vacate the property and the new tenants end up receiving some post in their name. When this happens you are required by the terms in the tenancy agreement to do the following:

Post in the landlord's name:

Any post addressed to your landlord or their family should be forwarded over to the landlord. In order to do this, please cross out your address on the front of each letter and then write the landlord's address on the front of the letter (you can find your landlord's address on the first page of your tenancy agreement). Then put the letters back in a post box (one of the red Royal Mail postboxes found on many streets throughout the area) and the Royal Mail will deliver the letters directly to the landlord's address (there is no need to put a stamp on the letters as long as they haven't been opened).

Post addressed to "Let Me Properties", "The Landlord", or "The Legal Property Owner":

Please drop any post addressed to"Let Me Properties", "The Landlord", or "The Legal Property Owner" directly to our offices in St Albans City Centre: Click here for directions to find us

Post addressed to anyone other than your landlord or their family:

Please cross out your address and write "NOT HERE" on the front of the letters. . Then put the letters back in a post box (one of the red Royal Mail postboxes found on many streets throughout the area) and the Royal Mail will return the letters directly to the sender's address (there is no need to put a stamp on the letters as long as they haven't been opened).

Thank you for your cooperation.
