If you are renting a property in Parkhouse Court and you do not have a post box key then you need to do the following:
You must look inside your post box flap (from the outside of the building as if you were posting a letter through the post box). Look through to post box flat to the back of the post box and you'll see a telephone number and post box code written on the back of your post box. You must call the telephone number and arrange for a new post box key to be sent to you.
There will be a small fee that you need to pay and you can make these arrangements directly with the people who answer the phone when you call the telephone number found in your post box.
