If you pay us too much money, then you should immediately contact your bank and ask them to correct the issue for you.
If you are moving out soon, then you will automatically receive any additional money held on your account with us as a refund along with your deposit repayment.
Otherwise, if you are in the middle of a tenancy with us, you can leave the additional money in your account with us and just reduce a future payment to use the additional money that you have paid us.
